This policy covers the Gmail OAuth Vault service operated by Hopping Mad Games.
What We Collect
- Google Sign-In identity fields needed for access control (email, subject ID, basic profile).
- OAuth results from Google, including refresh tokens for authorized users.
- Associated Gmail account metadata returned by Google APIs.
- Vault metadata such as labels, creation timestamps, and token bundle versions.
How We Use Data
- To authorize Gmail API actions requested by the account owner.
- To store and retrieve token bundles for campaign upload workflows.
- To run token-health checks and detect invalid or revoked tokens early.
Storage and Security
- Token bundles are stored in Google Cloud Secret Manager.
- Access is restricted to authorized operators and service accounts.
- No system can guarantee perfect security; use is at your own risk.
Sharing
We do not sell OAuth data. Data may be processed by Google Cloud infrastructure or disclosed if required by law.
Retention and Revocation
- Data is retained until operators rotate/delete secret versions or discontinue the service.
- You can revoke app access in your Google Account security settings at any time.
Your Choices
If you do not agree with this policy, do not authorize the app.
